Acceptable Use Policy
The uses of Behemoth that are not permitted, and the consequences of engaging in them.
In effect from 2026-09-01
1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to the Customer and to all the users the Customer authorizes. The Customer is answerable for compliance by its users.
A breach of it entitles us to suspend the service in accordance with the Terms and, if the breach is serious or repeated, to terminate the subscription. Except where there is imminent risk to the platform, to its data, or to third parties, suspension is preceded by notice and an opportunity to cure.
Behemoth is a working tool. The conduct listed below is prohibited because it puts at risk the operations of other customers, the integrity of the platform, or everyone’s legal compliance.
2. Prohibited conduct
In using Behemoth, the Customer and its users undertake not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful activity, or in order to record, conceal, or operate businesses prohibited by the regulations that apply.
- Breach, probe, or test the security of the platform, or circumvent its authentication, authorization, or usage-limit mechanisms.
- Deliberately overload the platform, or run automations, bulk loads, or stress tests that degrade the service for other customers.
- Attempt to access, by any means, the data, accounts, or settings of another customer of the platform.
- Upload, host, or transmit malicious software, harmful code, or files designed to compromise their own systems or those of third parties.
- Impersonate a person or a company, or claim a relationship or a representation that does not exist.
- Use the service in order to send unsolicited communications, or in order to harvest addresses or contacts for that purpose.
- Resell, assign, or sublicense the service, or give access to third parties beyond what is expressly agreed in the Terms.
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent that the law permits it on a non-waivable basis.
- Use the service for activities that a payment provider or a financial institution prohibits, or that may compromise Nephilim’s relationships with those providers.
The Customer is answerable for ensuring that the content it publishes through Behemoth — in particular on the public sites the system allows it to create — complies with the applicable regulations and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
3. How to report abuse
Any abuse, misuse, or security incident relating to Behemoth may be reported to the contact channel published in the footer of this site. It helps to state what was observed, when it occurred, and any detail that makes it possible to reproduce or locate it.
We acknowledge receipt of every report and investigate it. A security report made in good faith will never give rise to action against the person who submits it.
If the investigation confirms a breach, we apply the measures in section 1, proportionate to its seriousness, and communicate them to the Customer concerned.
4. Language
